Most tools ask you to trust their database. HunterNodes is built so there is no database of your search data to trust — candidate information and API keys live in your browser or your own storage, and our servers keep nothing. This page explains exactly how.
No server-side candidate data
Mandates, CVs, and notes live in your browser or your own storage. Our servers relay AI requests and keep nothing.
Your AI keys stay yours
API keys are stored only in your browser, sent once per run over HTTPS, never logged or saved server-side.
No tracking
No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no profiling. The only cookie is the essential session cookie when you sign in.
PCI-DSS payments via PayU
Card details go directly to PayU's certified checkout. We never see or store them, and there is no auto-renewal.
GDPR & PDPA ready by design
We can't breach, sell, or be compelled to hand over candidate data we never hold. Your obligations stay yours to control.
Human decisions only
AI output is decision support for a consultant's judgement. Automated hiring or rejection decisions are prohibited by our Terms.
How data flows
When you run a tool, your input travels over HTTPS to our API, which attaches the request to your AI provider and streams the answer straight back to your browser. Nothing is written to a HunterNodes database at any point — there isn't one for search data. A strict Content-Security-Policy additionally prevents the browser from sending your data anywhere except our own API and the services you yourself connect.
What we never do
- Store candidate data, CVs, mandates, or tool outputs on our servers
- Log or persist your API keys
- Sell or share personal information — we never possess most of it
- Run advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or profiling
- Store card details or auto-renew your licence
- Make or permit automated hiring decisions
The services we do rely on
Three narrow subprocessors, each seeing only what its job requires:

Responsible AI
Every evaluation tool produces drafts for a human consultant's review, based on role-relevant criteria you provide. Our Terms prohibit using HunterNodes for automated hiring or rejection decisions, and every output remains your responsibility to review before it reaches a client or candidate.
