Pricing questions
Why a trial instead of a free plan?
Because seven days with the full product tells you more than a crippled free tier ever could. Run a real mandate through it — if it doesn't save you a day in the first week, don't pay us. Your data stays yours either way: it lives in your browser or your own storage, before, during, and after the trial.
Will I be charged automatically when my licence expires?
No. There is no auto-renewal and we never store your card — we literally cannot charge you again. Your licence runs to its end date, we email you beforehand, and renewing is entirely your choice. Cancelling means doing nothing.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices are in SGD. Payment is processed by PayU in the INR equivalent (shown clearly at checkout) and your bank converts at its card rate. International cards are accepted, and your card details never touch our servers.
What do AI runs cost on top?
There are no credit packs to buy. Tools run on your own AI key (Claude, Perplexity, or OpenAI), billed by your provider at cost — typically 1–5 cents per run. Your Pro fee is for the operating system, not for tokens.
Can I add seats later, or change plans?
Yes — email us anytime and we'll pro-rate additional seats onto your existing licence period, or move you between monthly and annual at the next renewal. Teams of 5+ should ask about Firm pricing.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally non-refundable because the full 7-day trial comes first — but we always refund payments made in error, duplicates, or licences never delivered. See the Refund Policy for the details.
