Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay

Every user gets a 7-day free trialof the complete product — all 30 tools, full output, no card required. We ask you to run a real mandate through HunterNodes during that week. The trial exists so that nobody pays for software they haven't properly tested.

Refunds

Because every customer can evaluate the full product free for 7 days before paying, licence purchases are non-refundable once the licence code has been issued.

We will refund you in full where:

• You were charged in error, or charged twice for the same licence.
• Payment succeeded but no licence code was delivered to you, and we are unable to deliver one.
• The law requires it.

Request a refund by emailing rs@axentiaglobal.com within 7 daysof the payment, quoting the PayU transaction ID from your receipt. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayU, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Cancellation — there's nothing to cancel

HunterNodes does not use subscriptions or auto-renewal. We do not store your card and cannot charge you again. A licence simply runs until its end date and then stops. We'll email you before it expires, and renewing is entirely your choice — doing nothing costs you nothing.

What happens when a licence ends

Tool runs pause. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage: every mandate, candidate record and generated document stays in your own storage (your browser, your folder, or your own database), and you can keep opening and exporting all of it. Renew and you are running again immediately.

AI provider costs are separate

HunterNodes runs on an AI provider account that you own and pay for directly (Claude, Perplexity, or OpenAI). Those charges are between you and that provider — we never bill for them and cannot refund them.
