Terms of Service

1. What HunterNodes is
HunterNodes is decision-support software for executive search consultants. It structures your workflow and generates draft documents and analysis using an AI provider you connect. By using it you agree to these Terms. If you use HunterNodes on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that firm.
2. Your 7-day free trial
Every new user gets full access to all tools for 7 days after creating a free account — no card required. When the trial ends, tool runs pause until you buy a Pro licence. Nothing you created is deleted or locked away — your mandates, candidates and documents remain in your own storage, and you can still open and export all of them.
3. Pro licences, payment and renewal
- Pro is sold per seat. Current prices are on the Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
- Payments are processed by PayU. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials go to PayU directly — we never see or store them.
- There is no auto-renewal.We do not store your card and we cannot charge you again. A licence simply expires on its end date; we'll email you beforehand and you choose whether to renew.
- After payment we issue a licence code by email, normally within one business day. GST invoices are available on request.
- A licence is granted to the named purchaser or firm for the number of seats purchased. Do not share, resell, publish, or sublicense licence codes.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Because everyone gets a full 7-day trial before paying, licence purchases are generally non-refundable. We do refund payments made in error or where a licence was never delivered. There is nothing to cancel — licences expire on their own. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail.
5. Your keys, your costs, your data
- HunterNodes runs on an AI provider account that you connect. You are responsible for that account and any usage charges it incurs. Your Pro licence fee is separate from, and does not include, AI provider usage.
- Your data stays in the data home you choose (your browser, a folder on your computer, or your own database). Back it up — we cannot recover data we never hold.
- You are responsible for complying with data-protection laws (GDPR / PDPA / CCPA and others) for candidate data you process. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Human decisions
HunterNodes provides AI-assisted evaluation for recruiter review only. You must not use it to make automated hiring or rejection decisions. Candidate assessments are drafts for a human consultant's judgement, based on role-relevant criteria you provide. You remain responsible for every decision you take and every document you send.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use HunterNodes to break the law, to harvest or process personal data without a lawful basis, to discriminate on protected characteristics, to violate third-party terms (for example, scraping platforms in breach of their rules), to share or resell licence codes, or to attack, probe or overload the service.
8. Availability and no warranty
HunterNodes is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Features may change or break, the service may be unavailable at times, and AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you rely on it or send it to a client or candidate.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HunterNodes and Axentia Global are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost placements, lost fees, lost data, or decisions made based on generated output. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (zero during the free trial).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached — for example, sharing licence codes or attacking the service. You may stop using HunterNodes at any time; your data is yours and stays where you put it. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects paying customers, we'll email them. Continuing to use HunterNodes after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
